Workaround and prevention tips to avoid app freezing during launch
Issue
If a user presses the Start button too quickly after launching the AO Pelvis Imaging App, the tutorial screen may disappear, but the user does not load into the Case Lobby. This causes the app to become unresponsive, preventing the user from proceeding further.
Workaround
If you encounter this behavior:
- Restart the app.
- After relaunching, wait a few seconds before pressing the Start button.
Prevention
- To avoid this issue:
- Always wait a few seconds after launching the app before tapping Start.
