Select Sign up, then enter your name, email and a password, or sign up with Google or Microsoft. Next, accept the Terms of Service and answer a few quick questions so Delphi can tailor its answers to you: your role and specialty, how long you want answers to be, your preferred formats and the resources you already use. You can also join the Delphi beta for access to four orthopaedic textbooks, though that’s optional. No email verification is needed. One account works on the web, in the mobile apps and in VR. You can change your preferences any time in Settings › Learning. One account works on precisionos.ai, the PrecisionOS mobile apps and your VR headset, so if you already use PrecisionOS VR, log in with that account instead. ### Step 1: Select Sign up Go to [precisionos.ai](https://www.precisionos.ai/) and select **Sign up** in the top-right corner. ![](https://support.precisionostech.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Nov-04-2026-06-54-51-7376-PM.png?width=670&height=353&name=undefined-Nov-04-2026-06-54-51-7376-PM.png) ### Step 2: Start your profile On **Let's start your profile**, enter your **First name**, **Last name**, **Email** and a **Password** of at least 8 characters. **WhatsApp number** is optional; start it with + and your country code, e.g. +1 604 555 0123. To skip the password, select **Google** or **Microsoft** under *Or sign up with*. Under **Preferred format**, choose any of Bullet points, Short paragraphs, Diagrams and Video. Access is for a limited time. If you choose Not now, you skip Step 8. You're signed in as soon as you finish. **Beta textbooks:** Master Techniques in Orthopaedic Surgery: The Shoulder; Master Techniques in Orthopaedic Surgery: The Hip; Operative Techniques in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery; Operative Techniques in Sports Medicine Surgery. **Change your answers later.** Your role, answer length and formats can be changed any time in **Settings › Learning**. You can also adjust answer length on any individual answer. Don't see a sign-up option, or your institution provides your access? Contact support from the link at the end of this article. Sign in **On the web** 1. Go to [precisionos.ai](https://www.precisionos.ai/) and select Log in in the top-right corner. 2. Enter your PrecisionOS email and password, or choose Google or Microsoft if you signed up that way. 3. Delphi opens with your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. **On iPhone, iPad or Android** 1. Download the app. See [Downloading the PrecisionOS App](https://support.precisionostech.com/knowledge/downloading-the-precisionos-app?hsLang=en). 2. Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. 3. Your recent Delphi conversations from the web appear in the app. **In VR** VR headsets pair with your account using a 4-digit code instead of a password. Trouble signing in - **Forgot your password?** Select the password reset link on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. - **Conversations or training history missing?** You may be signed in to a different account. Sign out, then sign in with the email you use for PrecisionOS VR. - **Signed in but can't see your institution's content?** Your account may not be linked to your institution's plan yet.
