Before you start The PrecisionOS mobile app is free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It puts Delphi, PrecisionOS's AI mentor for orthopaedic education, on your phone or tablet. Download the app on iPhone or iPad 1. Open the **App Store** on your iPhone or iPad. 2. Tap **Search** and type **PrecisionOS**. 3. Select **PrecisionOS: Train for the OR** from PrecisionOS Technology Inc. Check the developer name so you get the right app. 4. Tap **Get**, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password. 5. When the download finishes, tap **Open**, or find the PrecisionOS icon on your Home Screen. You can also open the [App Store listing](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id6670274807) directly, or use the **Download on the App Store** button on [precisionos.ai](https://www.precisionos.ai/). Download the app on Android 1. Open the **Google Play Store** on your Android phone or tablet. 2. Tap the search bar and type **Delphi PrecisionOS**. 3. Select **Delphi: AI Ortho Case Prep** from PrecisionOS Technology. Check the developer name so you get the right app. 4. Tap **Install**. 5. When the install finishes, tap **Open**, or find the Delphi icon in your app drawer. Sign in and troubleshooting Open the app and sign in with your PrecisionOS account. Use the same account you use on precisionos.ai and your VR headset, so your Delphi conversations and training history follow you. - **Can't find the app?** Search for its full store name — **PrecisionOS: Train for the OR** on the App Store, **Delphi: AI Ortho Case Prep** on Google Play — or use the direct links above. - **Install button is greyed out or the install fails?** On iPhone or iPad, check that you're on iOS or iPadOS 15.1 or later (**Settings › General › About**).
