# PrecisionOS Account Sync Matters: Mobile App and Cadaverlab Must Use the Same Login

To get accurate feedback and personalized training, you must use the **same personal account** on both:

- The PrecisionOS Mobile App
- The Cadaverlab

### **What Happens If You Don’t**

If you log into a different account in the headset (for example, a colleague’s):

- Your performance data will not sync to your mobile app
- Your Insight Reports will be inaccurate or missing
- Your training recommendations will not reflect your actual performance

### **Important for Shared Headsets**

In many institutions, headsets are shared but **accounts should never be**.

Before starting:

- ✅ Log into your own account in the headset
- ✅ Make sure it matches your mobile app login

**Note -** If your mobile app and VR headset are not using the same account, your training data will not be personalized.
