PrecisionOS Account Sync Matters: Mobile App and PrecisionOS Launcher Must Use the Same Login

To get accurate feedback and personalized training, you must use the same personal account on both:

  • The PrecisionOS Mobile App
  • The PrecisionOS VR Launcher

What Happens If You Don’t

If you log into a different account in the headset (for example, a colleague’s):

  • Your performance data will not sync to your mobile app
  • Your Insight Reports will be inaccurate or missing
  • Your training recommendations will not reflect your actual performance

Important for Shared Headsets

In many institutions, headsets are shared but accounts should never be.

Before starting:

  • ✅ Log into your own account in the headset
  • ✅ Make sure it matches your mobile app login

Note - If your mobile app and VR headset are not using the same account, your training data will not be personalized.
