PrecisionOS Library Updates

What's Changing in Your Training Library

PrecisionOS is growing. This September, we're expanding your digital cadaverlab with sharper fracture reduction training, more lifelike surgical tools, easier-to-navigate menus, and faster case finding from the mobile app, plus more foundational guidance in trauma cases for early residents who need to build fundamentals before stepping into your OR.

As part of that growth, we're also bringing the library into one connected experience. That means a number of standalone modules are moving into our most active, most frequently updated libraries, and a few are being retired. Below is exactly what's moving, and where each skill can be practiced now.

Your training home has a new name: cadaverlab

The screen where you start every session, previously called PrecisionOS Launcher, is now cadaverlab. It's the same starting point you already know, just better organized and more clearly named as your central VR training hub.

Where Key Skills Can Be Practiced Now

Most modules below map directly onto an active library where that same skill continues to grow. A few point to BodyWorks for anatomy study rather than procedural practice; those are called out separately underneath the table.

The following four modules are officially retiring as standalone procedural simulations:

What this means for your curriculum:

While BodyWorks remains available to study regional anatomy for these areas, it does not offer step-by-step procedural practice. If step-by-step training for any of these specific procedures is critical to your institutional curriculum, please reach out to your PrecisionOS program contact so we can help you transition.
