How do I cancel my subscription?

Please note: PrecisionOS does not manage or have access to your Meta Account. If you wish to cancel an app or game subscription on your Meta Account, please follow the steps outlined below:

Desktop: 

1. Go to your subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel, then click Continue.
3. Choose a reason for canceling your subscription.
4. Click Cancel subscription, then click Ok when the cancellation has been confirmed.
   
   

Headset: 

1. Press  /  on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select  Store.
2. Select your profile image icon in the top right of the Store.
3. Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Select Cancel subscription, then select Confirm.
