PrecisionOS does not manage or have access to your Meta Account. If you purchased a PrecisionOS app through the Meta Store, follow the steps below to cancel your subscription. These steps apply only to purchases made directly on the Meta Store:
Desktop:
- Go to your subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel, then click Continue.
- Choose a reason for canceling your subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription, then click Ok when the cancellation has been confirmed.
Headset:
- Press
/
on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select
Store.
- Select your profile image icon in the top right of the Store.
- Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel subscription, then select Confirm.
