Product Update: Train Faster, Train Smarter
We’re making virtual surgical training faster, more intuitive, and more personalized, so you can spend less time navigating and more time building skills.
Improved fracture reduction - Reduction is one of the most important skills for building confidence in fracture care. We've reworked the interaction model for clamps and fracture reduction, making it clearer, more physical, and more learnable.
Delphi gets memory - Delphi now recognizes you and remembers your training history. Recommendations are tailored to your needs and progress, and insights get better the more you train.
Faster, more seamless case finding - Go straight from mobile into a case in VR — less time navigating menus, more time practicing skills.
Launcher is now Cadaverlab - As part of our ongoing VR optimization work, the Launcher has been rebranded to Cadaverlab.
Trauma case instrument, tool, and workflow upgrades
Trauma education is at its best when the environment supports real surgical flow, so we've improved how instruments and tools behave.
- Instruments decoupled from steps — Tools are available when you need them rather than locked to a rigid sequence, making the case flow more flexible.
- Surgical Assistant (Delphi + Raycast) — A major step toward hands-free support. Use voice commands to control parts of the experience and access guidance, or use raycast. Less cognitive load, more focus on the procedure.
- "See one": the learning step — Ghost Guides now demonstrate each step in trauma cases, so learners understand the procedure before attempting it themselves.
