How long is the free trial?

Our free trial lasts 24 hours. 

What apps are available in the free trial?

You will gain access to each of the applications, along with their respective cases, for the product package you select. That way, when you subscribe, you have all the content on your headset ready to go.

What if I don’t want to do a free trial?

We don’t require you to do a free trial. If you want to subscribe now, select the Free Trial for the product of your choice. You will receive an email with links to upgrade to a paid subscription right away.

What if I want to subscribe to all the packages?

We recommend starting with one product package. We have a wealth of content, which can be overwhelming. This helps you get comfortable with the PrecisionOS world of content. You can subscribe to more content as needed. However, if you want to subscribe to all our content right away, you can do so by contacting sales at sales@precisionostech.com.

What if I don’t have a VR headset?

PrecisionOS VR is built for the Meta Quest VR headset. We recommend the Meta Quest 3 or 3s. You can purchase one here: Meta

How do I rent content?

To rent content, you must have an active subscription to one of the PrecisionOS products. Just purchase one of the three product packages, and then you can rent any other content in the PrecisionOS case catalogue library. Download our full VR rental library, contact support, and let us know which applications you would like to rent. We will send you a payment link to pay for the number of applications you've requested. Once you've paid, we will send the applications to your headset for 48 hours.

What content can I rent?

Once you have an active subscription with PrecisionOS, you can rent any application in our content library. Download the VR Rental Library.

How long is the rental period?

Rental content is available for 48 hours. 

What if I don’t get a chance to practice the content within the 48 hours?

Try to rent when you know you’ll have a few hours of free study time. However, we all have busy lives. If you don’t get a chance to practice the content during the 48 hours, reach out to support@precisionostech.com.

How many applications can I rent at once?

We find that most people can't get enough practice time for more than one or two applications. So, we recommend renting no more than three applications per 48 hours. Additionally, we restrict rentals to five applications per 48 hours.

When can I rent content?

You can request rentals during our standard office hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST. If you would like to practice on weekends, please request your rentals by Friday before 5:00 p.m. so we can provide you with the necessary content.
