If you are supplying your own hardware for the PrecisionOS platform, then we will request the serial number of each of your headsets so that we can ensure they are added to the PrecisionOS Dashboard for your Group Admins. The serial number can be found:
- On the box/packaging where there is a white sticker marked with a bar code. Under the bar code, find S/N to see your headset's serial number.
- Printed on the device itself, under the head strap panel.
Note: The font is very small, but if you have a cellphone camera and can get it to focus on the equally small QR code above the serial number, then your phone will display the code.
