If you experience issues with the ArborXR Home not launching as expected during boot-up, please try the following workaround steps:
- Exit ArborXR Home or Kiosk Mode.
- Go to Quick Settings (located in the lower bar, where the clock and Wi-Fi icons are).
- Select Settings.
- Choose Physical Space.
- Ensure that "Turn on Passthrough" and "Double tap for Passthrough" are turned off.
- If they are turned on, disable both of these settings.
- Restart the headset.
