Troubleshooting ArborXR Home Boot-Up Issue

If you experience issues with the ArborXR Home not launching as expected during boot-up, please try the following workaround steps:

  1. Exit ArborXR Home or Kiosk Mode.
  2. Go to Quick Settings (located in the lower bar, where the clock and Wi-Fi icons are).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Choose Physical Space.
  5. Ensure that "Turn on Passthrough" and "Double tap for Passthrough" are turned off.
  6. If they are turned on, disable both of these settings.
  7. Restart the headset.
